Meet Nathan Feher

Nathan Feher is the General Manager of Jacobs' NORAD Operations Group (JNOG) and Program Manager of the NISSC II contract. The contract, known as the Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) and Space Support Contract II (NISSC II), is a $455 million contract supporting the Operations, Maintenance, and Sustainment (OM&S) of critical mission systems for the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD).
Nathan brings 18 years of business and financial management experience. He has provided financial and contractual oversight of large DOE and DOD programs, including IDIQ, firm fixed price and cost-plus incentive and award fee programs. He is experienced in risk advisory services, process improvement reviews, EVMS and HR Management, including administrating for bargaining unit workforces.
He has excelled in providing consistent task order proposals for streamlined approval, financial forecasting and project performance transparency, and employee incentive and pension and benefit plan administration.
In 2004, Nathan started his career with the Big 4 Accounting Firm EY in Denver, Colorado. He supported multiple clients for EY in risk advisory and implemented Sarbanes-Oxley in the Denver and Southwest U.S. area. This also included traveling to multiple international locations to implement key financial management controls and business systems compliance. He obtained his Certified Internal Auditor Certification in 2006.
In 2008, Nathan joined CH2M and began a new career change in major federal programs. His first assignment was as an expatriate in South Korea on a program to support the Korea Base Relocation Project for the US Army Corp of Engineers and the Korean Ministry of Defense. He managed a multi-national accounting staff from five different international companies and was responsible for the Financial Reporting, JV and Consortium assets, and the audits performed by both clients. Upon completing this assignment, he moved back to Denver and took a Managerial role for CH2M’s Internal Audit department, focusing on federal project compliance. In this role, he assisted in developing and implementing the CH2M Governance structure for Department of Energy sites.
In 2014, Nathan received a new assignment and was promoted to VP, Business Manager, and CFO for the West Valley Demonstration Project. In New York, Nathan was responsible for the business services functions of the JV. Upon the acquisition of CH2M by Jacobs, he took a new assignment, moved back to Colorado, and joined the Jacobs Missile Defense Group (JMDG) as the Enterprise Management Director over the business service functions on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract for the Missile Defense Agency.
In January 2023, he transferred to the NISSC II contract and was promoted to Deputy Program Manager, providing management support and leading the Business and Administration functions. In November 2023, Nathan was promoted to Program Manager of the NISSC II contract.
Nathan primarily grew up in Denver, Colorado. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Brigham Young University. He later went on to obtain his Master of Business Administration and Master of Accounting from the University of Colorado. He is married (Debbie) and has four kids (Morgan, Caden, Logan, and Riley). Nathan spends most of his free time with his family skiing, camping, fishing, attending his daughters’ dance events, and his sons’ band and play performances.
