Designed not only for visual quality and campus fit, performance, resiliency and cost effectiveness but also for energy efficiency and sustainability, Jacobs led the design of the new facility expected to be 60% more energy efficient than typical data centers.

U.S. GSA Region 3, Social Security Administration National Support Center, Urbana, Maryland, U.S.
We provided a variety of design and construction services for a new data center, comprised of multiple buildings encompassing over 300,000 square feet on a 281-acre greenfield site with new utility services and infrastructure. The project includes an energy center and office building and achieved a LEED Gold certification based on aggressive energy savings measures.

Located at the Techpark of the Green City of Mohammed VI which is the largest solar energy research site in Africa, this new Tier III/IV Uptime-certified data center provides world class infrastructure serving Morocco and the African continent. Built as an element of OCP’s digital transformation policy, the Benguerir data center includes (4) 500-SM data halls delivering a total of 5MW of IT capacity.
